    1. This story was so realistic it was scary I had to wonder how many women get married to selfish pricks like Mike in real life, and how many give their marriage their all and try to make everything work for the sake of their children, despite the undermining and tearing down behavior constantly thrown at them from their ungrateful dickhead husbands That s entirely the gist of this story Chiletz had a way of making the readers feel all the emotions and sadness that Everly endured at the hands of he [...]

    2. The theme of this book YOU ARE ENOUGH alone makes me wish I could give it than 5 stars As the mom of two daughters, I have tried to raise them with this belief This is my first book by this author, but definitely won t be my last.We meet Everly in a bad place She is in a crappy marriage to Mike, who is a total asshat She has two kids, who she loves, but you can tell she needs As it goes, we learn she was in school to be a nurse when she got pregnant and dropped out Attempts to go back have not [...]

    4. Enough.Reading the synopsis of this book, I thought I knew what I was getting into I was quickly proven wrong God deals you a hand of cards You can either play them or you can fold them but either way, it s the only hand you are going to get This quote from the book is the resounding theme of the entire story When all things are considered, it is you, ultimately, that makes your own happiness. This story is raw and, sadly, real than most readers would probably like to acknowledge It s a chronicl [...]

    5. The h endures a marriage with a emotionally abusive jerk She thought he loved her when they married view spoiler h was pregnant, then boyfriend didn t take it well After her grandmother called his parents, he was all hearts and flowers and proposed marriage It is revealed later that his parents made a deal with him and paid him to marry stay with her so they wouldn t lose their grandkids hide spoiler To me, the book has 2 parts with the first 50% of h in a marriage with a negligent husband and 2 [...]

    10. What a wonderful world it would be if we could accept ourselves for who we are instead of who we think we should be Everly Enough by Dawn L Chiletz started off as a sweet surprise As we read alot of fiction, we wanna escape from reality with characters who we wish we could be With this story it started as not wanting to be Everyly instead I related so much with her As some women and men, things can happen They make choices based on what they feel they should do instead of what they really feel t [...]

    14. First and foremost have the tissues nearby because the waterworks start pretty early on Everly is in an unhappy marriage, and her husband Mike is a complete douchenozzle I seriously wanted to maim him for how he treats her Being mistreated by someone who is supposed to love you can tear you down, and poor Everly is almost at rock bottom Her insecurities are understandable, real, and something we can all relate to What I loved the most was seeing her rise above it While this book had me weeping i [...]

    15. This was my first book from Dawn L Chiletz and it totally blew my mind away We often ignore the truth to protect our hearts But denial is temporary The lies we tell ourselves burn forever in the corners of our mind They linger and tease their legitimacy until we are willing to surrender to what we already know They whisper and warn while we purge and ignore It is easier to live a lie than to face the facts Everything is not and will never be okay Wow This book While the first part had me struggl [...]
