    1. This was a fast paced romp with a great cast of characters. The romance in this book isn t just between Zest and Bradford There are also eight brides at the center of this story and several other couples are introduced to emphasize the idea that love is love is love Why would anyone want to deny another person of this basic need, desire, and right When it came to civil rights, we were all reminded that the constitution says we the people, not we the white, male, wealthy people I would remind you [...]

    2. I stopped after chapter 7 I m all for political freedom and fully support equal rights for GLBT people but I couldnt hack the insults and name calling of conservative politicians Paint your agenda whichever color you choose but if you expect to retain and especially draw new readers, you may want to rethink the mud slinging A good author doesn t need to alienate its readers to sell books Guess there was a reason this one was free.

    3. It was cute and I liked the general theme of promoting marriage equality Zest, the main character, was fun and sympathetic though sometimes almost a caricature as someone bumbling their way through lots of upheaval and new experiences The rest of the characters, unfortunately, weren t fleshed out as welley seemed stereotypical and there mostly as foils for Zest and providing clever ish dialogue.I d suggest this book for a very light diversion.

    4. Photographer Zest s husband has been having an affair and wants a divorce Devestated, homeless, and penniless, Zest takes a job travelling to California with a group of 4 lesbian couples This is a fast paced and hilarious book, with a few good turns as well The ladies certainly know how to have a fun time, even when a group of Prop 8 supporter bigots try to stop their weddings

    5. i loooove the characters of this book, all of them each one with a differ personality, amusing then the next.lol a really good, fast pace, smooth, easy to read story.terrible written as for typed up while drunk.lol not reread or simply had the worse editor.but it was free a three star cause i loooved the characters terrible written

    6. So this book was one of many free books I downloaded from a promotion Didn t mean to read it in earnest but accidentally clicked it open and read the first paragraph so I continued and finished it Not a huge waste of time as it was ok entertaining but I have nothing else to say about it P

    7. What fun this book was A romance, but clean , an adventure, and a lesson in society all in one you don t WANT to stop reading this book Just amazingly funny You will want to read of Mary Beth Daniels

    8. This was an enjoyable summer read I read it in a weekend and enjoyed it, but it didn t leave a lasting impression.

    9. This book was full of caricatures, was predictable, and about 30 pages too long That said, the main character was amusing, and the political backdrop was a nice idea.

    10. A straight woman photographer is asked to travel to California to document the weddings of a group of lesbians Reasonably positive view of lesbians, although there are definitely stereotypes.
